‘Another Summer of Love’ - The exhibition, 2020

My debut solo art show, featuring a brand new collection of original paintings and limited edition riso prints created during lock-down and displayed and hosted by Artcade, a new gallery project by Sidney & Matilda gallery, Sheffield.

“It’s probably not that hard to imagine that during a time of restricted movement and decreased freedom we would be fantasising about dancing in sweaty festival tents full of smiling strangers, and that’s certainly been the case for me…I was craving a feeling of unity and closeness that seems lacking in society right now.”

The show launches on Friday 28th August and then will be open to the public every Saturday throughout September 2020. Weekday viewings will also be open to all, but by appointment only.

The exhibition is part of Artcade, a new gallery project by Sidney and Matilda working from a new pop-up gallery location on Devonshire Street based in Sheffield’s famous Forum Arcade.
